1. Research use only

Every product is sold for laboratory research use only. Products are not for human or veterinary use, not food, drugs, cosmetics or supplements, and haven’t been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). You confirm you’re at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, and that you’ll store and handle products safely and lawfully.

2. Orders and prices under the Biotech Peptides terms and conditions

Prices are in US dollars and shown on each product page. An order is accepted when we send the confirmation email. We may cancel an order if a product turns out to be unavailable, a price was listed in error or we suspect fraud, and any payment for a cancelled order is refunded in full.

3. Shipping

Shipping is free on every order. Delivery times are estimates. You’re responsible for knowing whether a product can be imported where you live, and for any duties or taxes charged there. Our guides cover shipping in the US, Canada, Europe and Australia.

4. Problems with an order

If an order arrives damaged, incomplete or wrong, contact us soon after delivery with the order number and photos so we can sort it out. Opened or reconstituted research materials can’t be returned.

5. Liability

Product information on this site is for research and education. You use products at your own risk and must follow the laws and safety rules that apply to you. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it.

6. Accounts

An account is optional. If you open one, keep the login details private and tell us if you think someone else has used it. We may close accounts that are used for fraud or to break these terms.
