When to contact Biotech Peptides
Contact Biotech Peptides about an order, a product question the page doesn’t answer, a copy of a COA as a file, or a large order. It all goes to one inbox. If your shipping address changes, send the new one in full straight away, because a parcel can’t be redirected once it’s on its way.
What to put in your message
One complete message gets a faster answer than three short ones. Include the order number if you have one, the product name and size (for example BPC-157 10mg), and what you need: a COA file, a delivery update, a change to the address or a quote for a larger quantity. If something arrived damaged, attach a photo of the parcel and the vial.
Order changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, write as soon as possible with the order number. Orders that haven’t been packed yet are easy to change. Once a parcel is with the carrier, the details can’t be edited.
Large and repeat orders
Need more vials than a normal cart holds, or the same products on a schedule? Send the product names, sizes and rough quantities, and we’ll confirm what’s in stock for one lot.
