The compounds in this BPC-157 TB-500 Blend
BPC-157 and TB-500 are the two most studied repair peptides, and they work by different routes: BPC-157 through blood vessel growth and nitric oxide, TB-500 through actin and cell migration. That’s why they’re so often studied as a pair.
BPC-157
BPC-157 is a 15-amino-acid peptide based on a fragment of body protection compound, a protein first found in gastric juice. It’s one of the most widely studied research peptides, almost entirely in rodents.
Nobody has pinned down a single receptor for BPC-157. Lab studies point to several pathways: it raises VEGF receptor expression, which feeds blood vessel growth, it interacts with the nitric oxide system, and it increases growth hormone receptor levels in tendon cells.
TB-500 (thymosin beta-4)
TB-500 here means thymosin beta-4, a 43-amino-acid protein found in nearly every cell in the body, with high levels in platelets and white blood cells. Inside the cell it binds actin, the protein cells use to change shape and move.
Thymosin beta-4’s main job is holding on to G-actin, the single building blocks of the cell’s internal scaffolding. By controlling how much actin is free to polymerize, it controls how cells move and change shape.
Papers on each ingredient are indexed on PubMed.

Reconstituting BPC-157 TB-500 Blend
The concentration is the 10mg in the vial divided by the water you add:
- 1mL of water: 10mg per mL
- 2mL of water: 5mg per mL
- 3mL of water: 3.33mg per mL
Let the vial warm to room temperature first. Run the water slowly down the side of the glass, then swirl or roll it until the powder is gone. Don’t shake it; foam is a sign of damaged peptide.
Before mixing, keep it at -20°C and out of the light. After mixing, the fridge at 2 to 8°C, and use it within about four weeks.
How many vials of BPC-157 TB-500 Blend to order
Count the total milligrams across every group and time point, and round up. Running out halfway and switching lots adds a variable you didn’t plan for.
