Tesamorelin

Tesamorelin is the full 44-amino-acid growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH) with a trans-3-hexenoyl group added to the front. That cap protects it from the enzyme DPP-4, so it lasts longer than natural GHRH.

Tesamorelin binds the GHRH receptor and raises growth hormone and IGF-1. The hexenoyl group on the front end stops DPP-4 from cutting it, which makes it far more stable than natural GHRH.

Mod GRF 1-29 (CJC-1295 No DAC)

CJC-1295 without DAC, also called modified GRF(1-29), is GHRH(1-29) with four amino acid changes that protect it from enzymes. Its half-life is longer than sermorelin’s, though still short.

GHRH from the hypothalamus tells the pituitary to release growth hormone. Only its first 29 amino acids are needed for that.

Ipamorelin

Ipamorelin is a five-amino-acid growth hormone secretagogue, Aib-His-D-2Nal-D-Phe-Lys-NH2, developed at Novo Nordisk in the 1990s. It acts on the ghrelin receptor (GHS-R1a) on pituitary cells.

Ipamorelin mimics ghrelin at the growth hormone secretagogue receptor (GHSR-1a) in the pituitary and hypothalamus. Activating that receptor triggers a GH pulse.

Reconstituting Tesamorelin CJC-1295 Ipamorelin Blend

Divide 12mg by the volume of water and you have the concentration:

• 1mL of water: 12mg per mL
• 2mL of water: 6mg per mL
• 3mL of water: 4mg per mL

Bring the vial to room temperature, add sterile bacteriostatic water against the glass and swirl gently. It should go clear within a minute or two. Shaking only makes foam.

Dry vials last longest frozen at -20°C. Reconstituted solution goes in the fridge and is best used within four weeks or so.
